New York Tomes bestselling novelist Chuck Palahniuk and acclaimed artist Cameron Stewart have collaborated for one of the most highly anticipated comic book and literary events of 2015--the return of Tyler Durden. The first rule of Fight Club 2 might be not to talk about it, but Fight Club 2 is generating international headlines and will introduce a new generation of readers to Project Mayhem.

Praise for the comics that comprise Fight Club 2:
“At turns deeply poignant and very funny, Palahniuk’s freakish fables capture a twisted zeitgeist and add an oddly inspirational and subversive voice to the contemporary canon….  In the post-9/11 present, a hyperactive, Internet-obsessed, war- and recession-weary America apparently needs Tyler again.”—THE ATLANTIC

“The book is fantastic, my highest recommendation.... Excellent work by Cameron Stewart and David Mack, and by our awesome friends at Dark Horse Comics.”—Brian Michael Bendis

“If Tyler Durden needed a resurgence, there’s no time like the present for his return… Fight Club 2 is a comic that taps back into everything great about the source material, and one that makes Tyler Durden’s warm nihilistic embrace a welcome draw back into a familiar world of cynicism, violence, and anarchy....“Tyler Lives,” and I couldn’t be happier by the prospect of more bedlam.”—NEWSARAMA

“Palahniuk is delivering a worthy sequel to his most beloved story.”—THE NERDIST

“Entertaining.”—COMIC BOOK RESOURCES

“Excellent.”—THE BEAT

“An amazing piece of work. You do not want to miss out on this.”—COMICVINE

“Perfect.”—FORCES OF GEEK

“We have a worthy sequel on our hands…. A must read.”—COMICOSITY

“Cameron Stewart truly outdoes himself on every level in this book.”—BLOODY DISGUSTING

“Clever and beautiful.”—COMICS ALLIANCE

Being tired isn't the same as being rich
By HH
One could dismiss "Fight Club" as a predictable techno-thriller about testosterone-driven males, alienated from society, who find salvation in fighting other guys, bare-knuckled, in dark basements, until one of them goes limp. But that would miss the more interesting archetypal point Palahniuk explicitly trying to make. This is a book about the psychological development of a young man who had no father to help him make sense of the postmodern world, his split-off shadow, and ultimately the healing power of coming into a relationship with that raw, disturbing underground part of himself. The ego must be willing to inflict the blow itself, and strong enough to survive it.

"Fight Club" is an imperfect novel. But Palahniuk's ambitious attempt to suggest that our efforts to integrate disowned parts of ourselves could help free our psyche from the grip of corporate power and pervasive consumerism is enough to make it interesting. For all people who care about finding out the truth about who they are, this novel is a virtual manifesto!

A Must Read
By A customer
So complex, so dark, so full of surprises. I adore this book. The movie was an excellent adaptation, but the book is so much more! Such emotionally exhilarating characters full of honest pain, angst, and raw determination to hang to the bottom of life and not only live, but thrive. Tyler's character, emotionally abusive, scalding, and toxic, is so enrapturing you follow suit with his victims and it's easy to see why he's lovable with all his flaws. Smooth talking, angry, and deceptive, it's easy to follow along with the space monkeys if one would listen to him talk long enough. That is pure talent in the writing arena, to have such a multi-dimensional character. Hands-down, one of my favorite books. I wish I had read it sooner because in the darkest of times, it was definitely a therapeutic read.

Just Buy This Book
By Sarafina Donald
Great book, no matter how many times I read it I learn something new. Obviously Fight Club is about violence, but it's about fighting and how men are trying to claim back their natural born masculinity in a day and age where we are told to be white collar workers and work cushy day jobs behind a computer monitor, requesting "cornflower blue." There's some sexual content, like in the movie, and whether I should describe this as written in first person or second person is beyond me. After all, the guy has split personalities. So what do I put here? Hmmmm. Whatever. Just buy this book.
